Syra Sparkle
An Event & Nightlife Photographer based in New York, ready and willing to accept opportunities to travel domestically or abroad.
With most creative inspiration coming from Japan, Syra's love affair with Tokyo developed early on. The fashion, music, & the nightlife infatuated her like a first love. Syra is constantly creating images highlighting aspects of new aged Japan culture; like modern day Harajuku and Tokyo's underground scene.
Due to many changes during covid, she decided to refocus her sites back to the New York City Nightlife scene, with a specific interest in showcasing queer creatives.

What I Do
Capture people and atmospheres in their essence. It doesn't matter the place or style of photography, just the idea of having that moment frozen in time forever. Fashion, art, music, and being able to live authentically are one of the universe's greatest gifts.
Always experimenting with new techniques. I often shoot on location with Natural or artificial light. I also do studio shooting from time to time.
